Far North Coast NSW dog-friendly holidays

Reflections Holidays has many dog-friendly campsites, cabins and tiny homes along the far north coast of NSW spanning Yamba right through to Brunswick Heads. Our dog-friendly holiday parks are a dog’s dream destination with generous campsites and deluxe dog-wash facilities while also being situated near leash-free beaches.

Ballina Holiday Park

Ballina is a paradise for dog owners, with plenty of off-leash parks and beaches nearby. Right across the road from Reflections Ballina, you'll find the Kingsford Smith Dog Park and the Missingham Park Off-Leash Area. Plus, the dog-friendly Bicentennial Gardens are just a few minutes' drive away.

At Ballina Holiday Park, all accommodation options, from campsites to cabins, welcome your furry friends. And with a handy dog bath at the park, keeping your pup clean is a breeze!

Ferry Reserve Holiday Park

Located at Riverside Crescent, Reflections Brunswick Heads, not only is this holiday park dog-friendly all year round but it's also decked out with well-maintained camping facilities as well as dog-friendly cabins and tiny homes.

With plenty of scenic walking areas to enjoy and a great off-leash, exercise area close by at Mains Beach, Ferry Reserve Holiday Park is dog heaven.

Lennox Head Holiday Park

This dog-friendly holiday park is located on the north coast of NSW, just a short walk from the local Seven Miles Beach. All of the caravan and camping sites at Lennox Head Holiday Park are dog-friendly.

The park also features ten dog-friendly cabins, including four deluxe accommodation offerings for convenient and luxurious travel with your fur babies.

Our enclosed, off-leash dog area has agility equipment and is the ideal location for travellers to come together and enjoy this ultimate dog-friendly play area. The park’s dog wash is also a must for those returning from a beach romp!

Evans Head Holiday Park

When it comes to dog-friendly holiday parks in the far northern coast of NSW, Evans Head Holiday Park is one of the best. This park is the ideal spot for fishing and swimming enthusiasts due to its close proximity to the beach. The large open space also makes it a great play area for your dog to explore. Reflections Evans Head offers:

Dogs are permitted northwards of the 4WD vehicular access point at Air Force Beach, Evans Head for 1.3km, which is a dedicated off-leash area. Dogs are prohibited south of the 4WD access to the river, including the riverside reserve. Dogs are also prohibited from the Dirawong Reserve and Chinamen’s Beach area.

Shaws Bay Holiday Park

Shaws Bay Holiday Park is a pup’s playground with all caravan and camping sites and most cabins are dog-friendly all year round. With a hard-to-beat waterfront location on the glorious Richmond River and calm Shaws Bay, this park is a great dog-friendly holiday destination.

A 5-minute walk from the park takes you to Missingham Beach, a perfect off-leash area ideal for furry friends to get dog-tired running, jumping, swimming and playing.

Coffs Harbour Holiday Park

Coffs Harbour Holiday Park is a dog-friendly caravan park located in the heart of Coffs Harbour and is the perfect overnight stop with your furry friend. The park offers a range of dog-friendly cabins and powered and unpowered campsites.

Dog-friendly Park Beach is just a short drive away and Thompson's Road dog park is another great option to let your pooch run free. With the added bonus of a dog bath at the park, to make sandy paws a distant memory.

Corindi Beach Holiday Park

Corindi Beach Holiday Park is a dog-friendly park on the beautiful Coffs Coast. Bring your pooch to a powered or unpowered campsite where you can all set up to relax.

Corindi Beach is a leash-free zone from South of Ocean Street, all the way south until Arrawarra Headland, along Pipeclay Beach.

Mylestom Holiday Park

Mylestom Holiday Park has two types of dog-friendly cabins - perfect for your furry friend, as well as dog-friendly standard-powered sites.

North Beach, right on the park's doorstep, is dog-friendly and dogs can be off leash for most of it, while the Bellinger River Reserve is also dog-friendly. If you are looking for a spot for a human feed that's dog-friendly, the North Beach Recreation and Bowling Club is dog-friendly, as is the North Beach General Store.

Nambucca Heads Holiday Park

The stunning oceans views are what make Nambucca Heads Caravan Park so special. Include the fact that it's got dog-friendly cabins and campsites and you have a holiday destination that can't be beaten - yep for the whole family! Red Rock Holiday Park

Red Rock Holiday Park, is only 30 minutes from Coffs Harbour, and offers dog-friendly deluxe cabins as well as powered and unpowered campsites.

Bring your pooch for plenty of open space to play at the park, or head to the beach, where dogs can be walked on leash at Red Rock Beach, or off-leash at nearby Corindi Beach to the south of Ocean Street.

Scotts Head Holiday Park

Scotts Head Holiday Park offers dog-friendly premium powered, slab sites and standard powered slab sites.

For doggy entertainment, the northern end of Main Beach, from the beach access path on Banksia Crescent northwards is dog-friendly, (also known as Forsters Beach). Little Beach is an on-leash beach, but unfortunately, dogs are prohibited in National Parks. Reflections Scotts Head has a hand dog bath for keeping your caravan sand-free.

Urunga Holiday Park

Urunga Holiday Park has dog-friendly deluxe and standard cabins, as well as premium and standard-powered sites.

Urunga Holiday Park is near dog-friendly Hungry Head Beach, located at the edge of the Bellinger Head State Park. There is also a hand dog bath at the park, to clean your furry friend after a walk at the beach or a play at the park.

Bonny Hills Holiday Park

Set up to relax with your favourite furry friend, with a dog-friendly holiday at Bonny Hills Holiday Park. Choose your way to stay, with dog-friendly premium and deluxe cabins as well as premium double slab-powered sites and standard-powered sites.

Pups can also have a sense of freedom off-leash at Rainbow Beach to the north of the park, and nearby Grants Beach is also off leash for dogs.

Jimmys Beach Holiday Park

Bring your dog to Reflections Jimmys Beach, where you will both be spoilt for choice with a range of dog-friendly accommodation options from deluxe villas, and dog-friendly tiny homes to powered and unpowered campsites.

Dogs can be walked on a leash on the Yacaaba end of Jimmys Beach and Bennets Beach.

Hawks Nest Holiday Park

Right across the bridge from popular Forster lies Tuncurry Holiday Park, which features dog-friendly cabins, villas and standard-powered sites. The park also has a handy dog bath - the perfect way to not get muddy footprints in your tent.

Perfect for dogs wanting to get out and explore, the Bermagui Coastal Walk and Beauty Point Loop Trail are doggo friendly, while 3 off-leash beaches nearby offer great sandy activities. Horseshoe Bay has calm waters and is dog-friendly at specific times of the day, while Beares Beach and Haywards off leash all day in specific areas of the beach.

These trails are perfect for you and your dog to enjoy the beautiful bushland together, with some lovely spots to dip into a river or take in the views.
