Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This competition is open to all participants aged 18 and over, who have purchased a Day Pass online for one of the participating inland parks during the competition period. Employees of Reflections Holiday Parks and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

• The competition will run from 25 November 2024 until 31 January 2024. Only Day Pass purchases made within this period, online, will be eligible for entry.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must purchase a Day Pass online through the Reflections Holidays website for one of the eligible parks listed below:
• Copeton Waters
• Lake Burrendong
• Lake Burrinjuck
• Lake Glenbawn
• Lake Keepit
• Wyangala Waters
• Grabine Lakeside
• Cudgegong River
• Burrinjuck Waters

4. Prize Details

• Three (3) Annual Passes will be awarded, one per winner. Each Annual Pass grants the winner free entry for one year to the inland park where they made their qualifying Day Pass purchase.
• The approximate value of each Annual Pass is $135 AUD. Annual Passes are valid only at the specific inland park from the original entry.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on 4 February 2025 at the Reflections Holiday Parks head office.
• Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the draw. Winners must respond within 10 business days to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within this period, Reflections Holiday Parks reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to a new winner.

6. Prize Conditions

• The Annual Pass is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• The pass must be used in accordance with Reflections Holidays’ terms of entry and can only be used at the park specified in the winner’s entry.
• Reflections Holidays reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

7. Privacy

• By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Reflections Holidays' privacy policy, solely for the purpose of this competition.

8. General Conditions

• Reflections Holidays reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions without notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Reflections Holiday Parks, which shall be final.
