Looking for an easy, family-friendly day out near Tamworth? Lake Keepit makes it simple, with fishing, water sports, picnic spots and a fully stocked canteen all in one place.

Set in the New England region of NSW, this relaxed lakeside destination is perfect for families, groups and anyone wanting a no-fuss day outdoors.

How to purchase a Lake Keepit day pass

Day passes are available to purchase at the park on the day of your visit. When you arrive at the park, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Use the entry code shown on the signage at the gate.
  2. Head to the park office (open from 9am) and scan the Day Pass QR code.
  3. Complete your purchase and payment online.
  4. Once your vehicle registration is detected, the boom gate will open automatically to let you out.

You’ll also receive a PIN code by SMS, just in case you need a backup way to access the park.

There is plenty of parking scattered all around the park. Please avoid parking on or near occupied sites or in the cabin parking bays.

Dog rules:

  • You can bring up to 2 dogs per car. Please follow our dog policy carefully. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times at Reflections Lake Keepit.

Annual passes can be purchased at the park or by calling the park on 0267697605.

Flexible hours from 5 am to 9:30 pm mean you can pop in for an early fish, an afternoon on the water, or a sunset stroll. Accessing the park is a breeze, just use your code, fob, or card at the boom gate to get in and out anytime.

Where do I park my car as a day visitor to Lake Keepit?

There is plenty of parking around the park. Please avoid parking on occupied sites or in designated cabin bays.

Can I use all the park facilities with a day pass or annual pass?

Yes, you can use all park facilities like camp kitchen, boat ramp, splash park, tennis courts and more. However we ask you please respect our campsites and cabins.

Can I bring my dog to Lake Keepit?

ou can bring up to 2 dogs per booking on a day pass - please keep your dogs on a leash at all times and dogs are not allowed on the kiosk deck. Please abide by our Reflections dog policy whilst at the park.

Can I bring a boat or jetski on a day pass?

Yes, you can bring a boat or jet-ski and us our boat ramp to launch it. Please wear life jackets.

What does your kiosk sell?

The Lake Keepit Canteen offers a great selection of food, drinks and everyday essentials for guests, campers and day visitors. Open daily from 9am to 5pm, you can grab a barista-made coffee, cold drinks and light snacks, while hot meals such as burgers and fish and chips are available from Friday to Sunday.

The canteen also stocks groceries, ice creams, BBQ meat packs, ice, fishing gear and a range of locally sourced gourmet products, including jams, relishes, cheeses, crackers and spice rubs. Whether you're after a quick bite, need to top up your supplies, or want to take home a taste of regional NSW, the Lake Keepit Canteen has you covered

Can I make a fire as a day visitor to Lake Keepit?

No, but we have some communal firepits scattered are the park. Please check with the office on the day if a fire ban is in place on that day.
