Lake Keepit is located in the New England region of NSW, around 25 minutes from Gunnedah and about 40 minutes from Tamworth.
It’s an easy regional drive, making it a great option for a day trip from Tamworth or Gunnedah, with wide-open space and lake access just a short distance from town.

After booking online, you will receive a confirmation email with your boomgate code. Use this code to enter and exit the park.
There is plenty of parking scattered all around the park. Please avoid parking on or near occupied sites or in the cabin parking bays.

With a Reflections Lake Keepit Annual pass, you get unlimited access to one of the region’s best inland parks, just 35 minutes from Tamworth. Whether it’s fishing, boating, water skiing, or BBQs and picnics, enjoy everything Lake Keepit has to offer, as often as you like.
Annual passes can be purchased at the park or by calling the park on 0267697605.
Flexible hours from 5 am to 9:30 pm mean you can pop in for an early fish, an afternoon on the water, or a sunset stroll. Accessing the park is a breeze—just use your code, fob, or card at the boom gate to get in and out anytime.

Lake Keepit is a favourite for anglers, with species including golden perch, Murray cod and silver perch.
With both shoreline and boat access available, it’s a great spot for a relaxed day of fishing, whether you’re experienced or just giving it a go. Forgot your bait? No worries. Swing by the Canteen to stock up before you head out.

The Lake Keepit Canteen is a relaxed, welcoming spot to grab a bite or some local produce. Order hot food like burgers, hot chips, and pizzas (made fresh in the pizza oven) from the cafe or ice-creams and grab-and-go snacks. Browse gourmet local produce, salts, spice rubs, jams, relishes, dressings, cheese, meats and crackers, with a focus on local produce. You can also pick up your pre-ordered meat packs or picnic hampers (bookings essential). The Canteen is fully licensed too, offering a selection of local wines and beers to enjoy during your stay.

With plenty of space on the water, Lake Keepit is ideal for boating, water skiing and other lake activities. Bring your own boat or watercraft, or keep things simple with a paddle close to shore.
Back on land, there’s space for kids to run, play and explore, making it a great option for families.

There is plenty of parking around the park. Please avoid parking on occupied sites or in designated cabin bays.
Yes, you can use all park facilities like camp kitchen, boat ramp, splash park, tennis courts and more. However we ask you please respect our campsites and cabins.
ou can bring up to 2 dogs per booking on a day pass - please keep your dogs on a leash at all times and dogs are not allowed on the kiosk deck. Please abide by our Reflections dog policy whilst at the park.
The price is $10 per car/ motorbike for a limited time, whether booking online or purchasing at the park. Buses and minibuses may be subject to additional fees.
Yes, you can bring a boat or jet-ski and us our boat ramp to launch it. Please wear life jackets.

No, but we have some communal firepits scattered are the park. Please check with the office on the day if a fire ban is in place on that day.
Day passes can be purchased online here for $15. They can also be purchased in park for $17.50.
Annual passes need to be purchased from the park office.
