Wyangala Waters is located on the shores of Lake Wyangala in the NSW Central West, around 30 minutes from Cowra and within 2 hours of Bathurst, Orange and Canberra.

It’s an easy regional drive, making it a great option for a day trip or outdoor escape with access to both lake and river environments.

Arrival and departure times:

  • 5am - 10pm

Parking and boat parking:

  • There is plenty of parking scattered all around the park. Please avoid parking on or near occupied sites or in the cabin parking bays

Dog rules:

  • You can bring up to 2 dogs per car. Please follow our dog policy carefully. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times at Reflections Wyangala Waters.

Where do I park my car or boat?

Cars and boats can be parked near the main boat ramp - there is signage to guide visitors

Can I use all the park facilities with a day pass or annual pass?

Yes, you can use all park facilities like camp kitchen, boat ramp, fish cleaning facilities, playground, BBQs and more.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, you can bring up to 2 dogs per car on a day pass to Wyangala Waters. Please note the dogs must be kept on a leash and supervised at all times. Please dispose of all dog waste in the designated bins. Please review the Reflections dog policy here

How does the pricing work of a day pass at Wyangala Waters?

The price is $10 per car/ motorbike until 30 May 2026, whether booking online or purchasing at the park. Buses and minibuses may be subject to additional fees.

Can I bring a boat or jetski on a day pass?

Yes, you can bring a boat or jetski and use our boat ramp to launch it. Please wear life jackets.

What does the Wyangala Waters shop sell?

The Reflections Wyangala Waters shop sells general goods, hot food and hot drinks. Hot food is only sold until 3pm.

Where can I find the opening times of the Wyangala Waters shop?

The shop is open 9am-4pm most days. Please check days with park reception.

What are your fire rules as a day visitor to Wyangala Waters?

Fires are permitted, except for during fire ban periods (October long weekend - February), but must be in raised, enclosed fire pits (30cm off the ground).

How do I buy a a day pass or annual pass to Reflections Wyangala Waters?

Day passes can be purchased online here for $15. They can also be purchased in park for $17.50.

Annual passes need to be purchased from the park office.
