Join Create at Blackwattle on their alpaca farm in Murrumbateman for a beginners yarn dyeing workshop.
During the day you will learn:
Basic colour theory.
An understanding of protein fibres and yarn blends.
The equipment and consumables required to hand dye yarn.
Basic dye techniques and colour application methods.
You'll then apply all these new learnings as you create two of your very own and totally unique hand dyed skeins of yarn to take home!
During the lunch break you will also have the opportunity to meet and hand feed their alpacas and llamas.
