They spent close to a year in Italy picking olives in Tuscany and grapes in the Alba region. They milked cows and made cheese and learnt every pasta under the sun. After returning home from nearly a year in Italy they wanted to find a way to re-live their experiences, and one of their most memorable experiences was the food.
