Ignite Studios at Northern Rivers Community Gallery, housed in the historic former Ballina Fire Station is a dynamic community engaged cultural hub. It supports and develops cultural and artistic pursuits and hosts a range of creative events, pop-up exhibitions, bookable workshops and has spaces available for hire.
Ignite Studios offers two venues to support four activities for the growing demand of local arts and cultural activities. This includes Creative Studio Spaces; an Artist-in-Residence Space; Workshop Spaces and an experimental project space utilising the original ‘Engine Room’. The ‘Engine Room’ doubles as both an art education and an experimental art project space.
