Then warm the milk to set the curd for mozzarella, whoever said, don’t play with your food, has obviously never made mozzarella. This cheese is a fun food to make, stretching folding, stretching folding until the curd is shiny, silky and smooth. Perfect for hand shredding to top the pizzas.
This intimate class is designed to enhance cooking skills, to improve confidence in the kitchen and the wood-fired oven. Once the pizzas are cooked they will be enjoyed on the deck, taking in the view.
