Cowra parkrun is a free, weekly five-kilometre community event held every Saturday morning along the scenic Cowra Breakout Cycleway and Walking Path on beautiful Wiradjuri Country. Whether you choose to walk, jog, run, volunteer or simply cheer from the sidelines, Cowra parkrun welcomes all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
The unique course follows a picturesque concrete path near the historic Cowra POW Camp site and Sakura Avenue, offering a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere for locals and visitors alike. It's the perfect way to start your weekend, connect with the community and experience one of Cowra's most loved outdoor activities.
Participants are encouraged to register online before attending. Grab a post-parkrun coffee in the Rose Garden Coffee House- next to the Cowra Visitor Information Centre.
