The Pixie wine list has been designed to showcase the game changers, the agitators, and the visionaries of the global wine community, with a focus on local Australian wineries, and a strong nod to the kitchen’s Italian roots. Designed in conjunction with Melbourne cocktail alumni Joey Jones (Romeo Lane), the Pixie cocktail offering takes on an uncomplicated approach. Bright uninhibited flavours lead the way, with a good dose of classic Italian theory and the occasional vogue ingredient.
