Moonee Beach is a much-loved place for residents, guests and the broader local community. We have created this page as the central place to share the latest news and information in relation to improvements we are making to the park.
We’ll update this page as soon as more details are confirmed.
Moonee Beach is a popular destination, with strong demand for roofed accommodation throughout the year. The new family cabins will help provide more options for families and guests, while also introducing a much-needed accessibility cabin.
We've received a number of questions about the upgrade to the Moonee Beach footbridge that provides access over Sugar Mill Creek, a Crown waterway, connecting Coffs Coast Regional Park and Green Bluff. The footbridge is owned and managed by Crown Lands, not Reflections. However, we have contributed $50,000 to support the funding of the project. You can read more about the project in the Minster's 2026 media release.
For the latest information, updates, or to provide feedback please contact Minister for Lands and Property, Minister for the North Coast directly.
We also acknowledge the concerns raised by some community members regarding the proposed power pole location. We've listened to this feedback and are continuing to work with Essential Energy to explore whether alternative options are possible. We'll share further information with the community as it becomes available.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact the Moonee Beach park team or use the form below.
