To help our occupants understand the changes we're making, here are some frequently asked questions.

We're aware that some occupants may be cautious when receiving emails about payments, and that's a good thing.

Your existing payment details cannot be transferred from our previous payment provider to RMS Pay for security and privacy reasons.
To continue your recurring card payments, you'll be asked to complete a secure payment using a unique payment link. This process securely establishes your future recurring card payments in RMS Pay.
You can confirm the communication is legitimate by checking the following:
You can contact your local park team or longtermcasuals@reflectionsholidays.com.auif you would like to verify the communication you've received before taking action.
You'll receive an email from longtermcasuals@reflectionsholidays.com.au explaining that Reflections is moving to RMS Pay and letting you know what to expect next. No action is required at this stage.
A few days later, you'll receive an email from your park's email address containing a secure payment link. The link will take you to a secure payments page with Reflections branding. This is where you’ll enter your payment details to make your next scheduled payment and securely register your payment details in RMS Pay for all future recurring payments. This is a one-off verification process.
If required, you may receive a reminder-mail asking you to complete the one-time payment process if you haven't already done so.
No. The payment made through the secure RMS Pay link is not an additional charge. It will simply be your next scheduled payment and will be used to securely establish your future recurring card payment details in the new system.
Yes. RMS Pay uses industry-standard security and encryption technology to protect payment information. Your card details are securely stored using a process called tokenisation, which means your full card number is replaced with a secure digital token and cannot be viewed or reused outside the payment system.
For security reasons, payment details stored with our previous provider cannot be transferred to RMS Pay. Occupants must securely enter their details directly into the new system.
