Information on how to enter and details of the Prize (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to win.
Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 13/06/2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST 30/06/2024 (known as the Promotional Period).
To be eligible to enter, participants must become a brand new member of the Reflections Outsiders Loyalty Club via the unique competition URL promoted by Reflections Holidays in partnership with The Wests Group during the Promotional Period.
Being a brand new Reflections Outsiders Loyalty Club member is defined by having a guest profile with an eligible loyalty number created within the Promotional Period and excludes participants who were already members of the Reflections Outsiders Loyalty Club before the start of the Promotional Period.
Participants will gain a single entry in to the Promotion when fulfilling the entry requirements. The promotion can be ceased at the sole discretion of Reflections Holidays at any time deemed necessary by Reflections Holidays.
Only entries that fulfill the criteria of the competition will be eligible. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The one (1) winner will be selected by utilising a random computer generator. The winner will be chosen on the 3/07/2024 at 10:00am AEST at Suite 3, 101 Hannell Street, Wickham NSW 2293.
The valid winner will win $1,000 guest accommodation credit useable at any Reflections Holidays location (“Prize”). The Prize may be redeemed on accommodation of the winners choice at any Reflections Holidays location in NSW and is valid for one year from issue. All other costs associated with the Prize will be the responsibility of the Prize winner.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take or claim the Prize (or an element of the Prize) then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited.
Total prize pool value is capped at $1,000. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or exchanged for cash. Usage of the guest accommodation credit does not contribute towards Reflections Outsiders Loyalty Club spend thresholds in respect to earning Loyalty Club incentives.
The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded.
The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and will handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy . In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia. The Promoter and Prize Supplier is NSW Crown Holiday Parks Land Manager, trading as Reflections Holidays (ABN 26 087 692 248) of Suite 3, 101 Hannell Street, Wickham NSW 2293.
