The Oyster Barn is the farm gate of Merimbula Gourmet Oysters, a family-owned and run oyster farm located at pristine Merimbula Lake.
Enjoy a seafood extravaganza on their open-air deck by the mangroves, overlooking the lake. They serve just-shucked oysters with a range of toppings, as well as prawns, scallops and seasonal specials. Opened and unopened oysters are also available to takeaway.
Merimbula Gourmet Oysters are known for their renowned Sydney rock oysters, as well as the rare Angasi or Flat oyster. Their oyster’s superior meat and flavour reflects the quality of the sparkling waters of Merimbula Lake, making their oysters a gourmet delight.
Owners Pip and Dom Boyton describe their oyster's flavour and texture as “eating ice-cream with sea spray on your face.”
The Oyster Barn is located just off the Princes Highway in Millingandi, down Oyster Track. Follow the signs!
