You can walk along the beach to Merimbula, (around five kilometres), or take a shorter stroll and explore the headland walking track between the beach and Pambula River Mouth and the rock pools at low tide.
Pambula Beach is famous for its resident kangaroos, which are often seen on the beach and in the surrounding streets.
For an off-leash, dog-friendly beach, head to nearby Lions Park Beach. It is located just around the headland and accessed from Coraki Drive.
Pambula Beach Surf Club has two beach wheelchairs and runs The Same Wave program that offers surf and beach activities for people with special needs.
Access to Pambula Beach via Pambula Beach Rd and Coraki Drive, Pambula Beach car park is located next to the Surf Club.
