Awesome spot for water sports and just chilling with the view. Wind came in very strong though for any campers/caravaners keep an eye on forecasts but overall great spot.

We had a Great time paddling out on the lake exploring seeing all the eagles and the birdlife went out in the little boat up the river. We had a really good time. Highly recommend the place.

Did a day pass here to enjoy the lake. Lots of facilities here for camping with family. Mainly came here from recommendations from locals to swim to the slide in the middle of the lake - managed to achieve this and the slide was actually a lot of fun, felt like your childhood again. Easy drive from gunnedah as well where we were staying over the weekend.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Bushcamping fantastic, right up against the waters swapped two days for unsuite powered camping at no extra charge. Cleanest ensuite site we have ever seen. Very dog friendly. You guys were great thanks 😊
