We won’t be back, it would seem that the park is catered for caravans predominantly. Upon visiting: No pool 1 BBQ tucked away in a corner Deteriorating bathroom facilities Communal kitchen was at the front gate, not even in the middle of the park No trees for shade Vending machine prices did not match food products. Camping grounds were mostly dirt. The park needs help or younger aged team members willing to attract visitors as the park was no where near 80% capacity and therefore you can understand why other parks are of higher demand.

Second time have come here in a year and would come back a third. Excellent location just minutes walk to the beach. Amenities are clean and well maintained, including a brand new pool which only recently opened. Right across the road you’ve got a great bistro that does all day dining, plus just minutes down the road Tea Gardens shops.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at *Reflection Holidays* in Hawks Nest, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the serene and beautiful location, offering a peaceful retreat just steps from stunning beaches and nature reserves. The property itself is immaculately maintained, with spacious and well-appointed accommodations that made me feel right at home. The team at Reflection Holidays was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of during my stay. Whether it was the comfortable bedding, the fully equipped kitchen, or the picturesque views from the balcony, everything was designed to make my stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Hawks Nest is a hidden gem, and Reflection Holidays truly enhances the experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind, whether you're enjoying a quiet beach day, exploring nearby national parks, or simply soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. I’ll definitely be returning for another stay — I left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a wonderful experience!

My wife and 2 young children were badly stung by blue bottles at the nearby main surf beach. The lifeguard recommended soothing the stings with a hot shower. The stings were really quite bad over most of their legs. As we were only in town for a day trip, I approached this caravan park. I asked if I could pay for my wife and children to use the hot showers. We were turned away as 'its not their policy'. I'd understand this if we were trying to scam a hot shower or something, however I offered to pay and happy to sign any disclaimer etc. My children in particular, were in need of this hot water for first aid, and we were turned away, shamelessly. Its really poor personal and business conduct and I don't know how any reasonable human being could turn away children from genuine first aid treatment that was needed. The receptionist was completely dismissive and rude - should be ashamed of yourself.
