Great location for the park. Service was helpful.
Park is quite tight, so even though they say they can take larger vehicles up to 12m there are very few spots. This may need to be reconsidered as vans are getting larger.
Amenities were in a good location. Could do with a really good deep clean though.
Easy to get to the main part of Forster and the clubs and pubs have courtesy buses.

One of the best caravan parks that we have stopped at.
All amenities were absolutely first class.
We will keep this on our list for a return.

Booked in for 2 nights and stayed 7. Stayed with our two mini schnauzers. Staff and ammenities both amazing. Close to everything and so friendly. Would definitely recommend and will return. Thanks for having us. Garry and Pam 🌸

I’d give this place 5 stars for Karen alone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After a terrible experience with the Newcastle bookings phone operator on 18/07/2026, I was actually prepared to stop staying at Reflections altogether. I didn’t end up making a booking that day because the operator was the rudest customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with. She wasn’t willing to assist, couldn’t provide the site information I needed, and made no effort to connect me with the Forster park, where the staff could have answered my questions. I was genuinely shocked by the lack of customer service and concern for ensuring our booking experience went smoothly.

This nearly cost Reflections a very loyal, long-term customer. We’ve been coming to Reflections Forster for over 10 years, visiting 4–5 times a year, and my parents have stayed here religiously 7 times a year for more than 30 years. We also stay at Reflections parks all over NSW because they’ve always been clean, reliable, friendly and in fantastic locations.

Thankfully, when we arrived we were greeted by Karen. 🙌🏻

Karen was absolutely amazing. This was our first stay in our caravan instead of one of the cabins or tents, and she took the time to explain everything and help us adjust to this new way of holidaying. She was patient, welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. She completely restored our confidence in Reflections, and because of her outstanding service we extended our stay by several extra nights.

As always, the park itself is beautifully maintained. The amenities were spotless, there are plenty of facilities, and the location is second to none—one gate to the beach and another to the lake. It’s one of the reasons we keep coming back year after year.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars overall instead of 5 is because, for the first time I’ve ever experienced here, the amenities blocks were left unlocked day and night. Normally guests receive a code to access the shower and toilet blocks, which provides an added sense of security—particularly for women travelling with children. This visit, the doors were left open continuously with no signage reminding guests to close them. It made using the amenities at night feel no safer than using the public beach toilets, and I hope this is addressed.

Unfortunately, we also had another disappointing customer service experience today (22/07/2026). Earlier in the day we extended our stay by another night with a lovely staff member. Later that afternoon we decided we’d love to stay one more night before heading home, but a different lady in the office was dismissive and simply told us our site was booked. She didn’t offer to check alternative sites or suggest any options to keep us in the park. After checking availability myself online, there appeared to be plenty of sites available for that night, so it was disappointing that no effort was made to help us stay.

I think some staff could really benefit from customer service training—or at least a refresher. Karen is the perfect example of how exceptional customer service should be delivered. She is warm, professional, accommodating and an absolute asset to Reflections.

Thank you, Karen, for making our holiday so enjoyable. We hope we get the chance to thank you in person before we leave. You turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into another memorable stay, and you are the reason we’ll happily return.

We didn’t get to see Karen prior to leaving to say thank you but we got the lovely Janet and I have got to say she was so patient helping me make future bookings. I was a right pain in the butt unintentionally. Janet helped us get the right site for us and was absolutely lovely to deal with also over the days we stayed too.

The bathrooms near the best camp kitchen in the country were clean, beautiful and the music was an added bonus. Other toilet blocks also lovely. Friendly office staff. Sights easy to level van. Communal camp fire is on some/every night (?) But if it's called off due to rain, you recieve a message. We'll definitely be back.

Well managed, clean, organised park. Friendly staff, super clean amenities, well maintained. We stayed along Marina front on double slabs, beautiful views. Well placed, easy walk along board walk, breakwall, to shops and beaches. Easy access to so many Fishing spots. Communal Firepit over weekends, with marshmallows, biscuits supplied.

Brilliant. In the centre of Forster, plenty of shopping, with the beach and river mouth so close.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We really appreciated the new amenities building and the weekend fire pit that kept everyone warm and casual conversation flowing easily amongst strangers. While at the fire pit we were lucky enough to see a falling star/meteor and catch its final entry on our phones. Our wish - to return sometime soon. I am sure we will.
