Check in for both powered and unpowered sites at Evans Head Holiday Park is from 11am, whilst cabins allow check in from 3pm onwards.
If you plan to arrive after office hours (8am – 7pm) please let us know so that we can have all relevant documents waiting for your arrival.
Checkout from both Sites and Cabins is 10am.
Preparing for a holiday can be a massive journey in itself. At Reflections Evans Head Holiday and Caravan Park, our aim is to ensure guests are as well-equipped as possible before hitting the open road.
If you’re planning a stay in one of our cabins or beach tents, we have many of the essentials covered, with linen, towels and kitchenware all provided. All you’ll need is some delicious treats, comfy clothes, good company and a thirst for adventure.
For guests pitching a tent on our campsites or setting up shop in your caravans or camper trailers, Reflections Evans Head has a camp kitchen , laundry, playground and kiosk. We also recommend packing a torch and spare batteries, your trusty first aid kit, plenty of insect repellent, sunscreen and hats to keep you sun-safe, and rubbish bags to keep the park tidy for the next guests on your site.
Oh, and don’t forget the tent pegs too!
Evans Head Caravan Park is dog-friendly all year round on selected dog-friendly sites. Up to 2 dogs can be booked online, by phone, or in park.

There are 2 camp kitchens in the beachside precinct at Reflections Evans Head.
- The camp kitchen near the foot bridge and laundry contains a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, cooktop, two fridges, four BBQs and six picnic tables.
- The camp kitchen near to the office offers a kettle, toaster, fridge, four BBQs, microwave, sink, cooktop and oven.
All linen and towels are provided by Reflections Evans Head for stays in cabins, tiny homes and beach houses. The master bed will be made up on arrival, while bedding packs are provided for the other beds.
No, no individual fires or firepits are permitted at Reflections Evans Head
Evans Head Surf Shack is a local business hiring paddle boards and canoes. They can often located on the riverside on weekends.
Reflections Evans Head hires out pedal carts from park office as well as two push bikes.
