Our 6 sleeper Deluxe Cabin is fully self-contained with reverse cycle air conditioning, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen including a full sized fridge, cooktop and much more. There are two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two sets of bunks. Please Note: Children under the age of 9 are not permitted to sleep in the top bunk. Glass sliding doors lead to the covered verandah overlooking a large grassed area which is the perfect spot for a game of cricket. Complimentary electric BBQ's and fire pits located close by offer the charm of camping with the luxury of self-contained accommodation. Linen is supplied for your convenience including a blanket per bed. NB: This cabin is not dog-friendly.

What time is check in/check out at Copeton Waters Caravan Park?

Check in for both powered and unpowered sites at the park is from 11am, whilst cabins allow check in from 3pm onwards.

If you plan to arrive after office hours (9am – 5pm) please let us know so that we can have all relevant documents waiting for your arrival.

Checkout from both sites and Cabins is 10am but you are most welcome to stay in the park until 10pm when your access code expires

What should I bring for my stay?

Preparing for a holiday can be a massive journey in itself, at Reflections Holidays our aim is to ensure guests are as well equipped as possible before hitting the open road.

Copeton Dam has an onsite Kiosk open 9am to 5pm daily offering basic grocery’s, fuel, ice, ice-creams and cold drinks. A delicious selection of hot food available from 9 am to 2:30 pm daily.

If you’re planning a stay in one of our cabins, we have many of the essentials covered, with linen, towels and kitchenware all provided. All you’ll need is some delicious treats, some comfy clothes, good company and a thirst for adventure.

If you are camping at Reflections Copeton Waters, the park has a well-equipped camp kitchen, laundry, playground, tennis court and playground.

We also recommend packing a torch and spare batteries, your trusty First Aid Kit, plenty of Insect Repellent, Sunscreen and Hats to keep you sun safe and rubbish bags to keep the park tidy for the next guests on your site.

Oh, and don’t forget the tent pegs too!!

Is Copeton Water Holiday Park dog friendly?

Copeton Waters Holiday Park is dog-friendly all year round on all sites and selected dog-friendly cabins. Up to 2 dogs can be booked online, by phone, or in the park.

What is in the camp kitchen at Copeton Waters Holiday Park?

Located within the lively Jaycee Park precinct, the camp kitchen is perfectly placed near both the powered sites and cabins. With a friendly community vibe, an inviting fire pit right outside, and plenty of seating, this covered spot is ideal for cooking, relaxing, and mingling with fellow guests. While bringing your own essentials is recommended, the camp kitchen is fully equipped with fridges, electric BBQs, ZIP hot water, and a double sink—making it easy to whip up meals and make new memories.

Can I bring my own BBQ/firepit/campfire?

Although there are BBQ’s and communal firepits conveniently dotted around the cabins and powered site areas, you are welcome to have your own BBQ or campfire on your site (rules apply).

  • Guests must comply with fire restrictions imposed by the Park Manager/Fire Authority,
  • Campfires must be contained in a fire pit and always attended,
  • Firepits must be up off the ground,
  • Firewood can be purchased from the kiosk or outside the park,
  • Fires must be completely extinguished after use).
  • No chainsaws may be used
What activities are available at Copeton Waters Holidays Park?

If you are not yet exhausted from discovering the natural environment and dam, there are plenty of activities for the kids and kids at heart. If fishing and water sports are not enough to fill your day, there is also a splash park, 3 playgrounds for the kids as well as a BMX track, mountain bike trails, two tennis courts and a golf course for the more adventurous! If a slower pace is more your style, there are many bushwalking tracks or fossicking. Bring your boat/water craft, pushbikes and zest for the outdoors.

What facilities are available at Copeton Waters Holiday Park?

Copeton Waters offers two main powered areas: Jaycee Park and Copeton Bay. The Northcott Centre is the park’s hub, with reception, a kiosk, and a conference centre nearby, as well as a splash park and the main playground.

Jaycee Park features cabins, powered sites, amenities including laundry facilities, and a well-equipped camp kitchen with communal BBQs and fire pits, plus a large-group bunkhouse.

Meanwhile, Copeton Bay provides both powered and unpowered camping options, amenities with laundry, a playground, and communal BBQs—perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay for everyone.

Do you sell fuel?

Reflections Copeton Waters has Diesel, Regular and Premium ULP and gas bottle refill available for purchase.

How do I purchase a day pass or annual pass?

For day visitors, a Day pass can be purchased from the office during office hours (9am to 5pm). The office is conveniently located right next to the boom gate. For regular day trippers, an annual pass (valid for 12 months) may be more convenient.

All access codes expire at 10pm.

What does unpowered camping consist of and can I bring a generator?

At Copeton Waters Holiday Park, you’re truly spoiled for choice. Multiple areas offer unpowered camping, allowing you to choose your ideal spot to settle into nature. For a touch of convenience, generators are permitted from 8 am to 10 pm, so you can enjoy a few creature comforts during the day. Water taps are available throughout the unpowered camping zones and are easily accessible in the camp kitchen and amenities blocks. Find your perfect patch, set up where it feels right, and enjoy a blend of freedom and convenience in the great outdoors.

What is the current level of Copeton Dam?

Please be aware, that at times of low dam levels, some boat ramps may harder to access at the water’s edge

Can you swim in Copeton Dam?

Yes, swimming is permitted at Copeton Dam. The clear waters of Lake Copeton are perfect for a refreshing swim, particularly during the warmer months.

What fish can you catch at Copeton Dam?

Copeton Dam is a prime spot for fishing enthusiasts, famous for its healthy populations of native Australian fish. Anglers can enjoy fishing for Murray cod, golden perch (also known as yellowbelly), and silver perch year-round, with each species offering its unique challenges and thrills. Murray cod, a prized catch for many, is known for its size and strength and can grow to impressive weights in the dam's expansive waters.
