Very close to town centre and caravan sites are fairly generous. Some traffic noise as on the highway but okay.

The staff are super friendly! Very accommodating! We had a wonderful stay!<br>The showers were very clean!<br><br>Possums everywhere in the campsite in the evening š¤©<br>Only downside: it's right next to the road, but if you're at the back, the traffic noise is minimal.

We had a fantastic stay at Reflections Holiday Park Coffs Harbour, and a huge part of that was thanks to James.<br>Unfortunately, I accidentally booked the wrong dates and even the wrong location through Wotif (I had booked Red Rock instead of Coffs Harbour!). When we arrived with no valid booking, James went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely cared about finding a solution for our family. He spent so much time trying every possible avenue to help us correct the booking issue, and his calm, caring attitude made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier.<br>His customer service was exceptional and a real reminder of how valuable genuine, helpful people are. Next time I'll definitely book directly!<br>As for the accommodation, we stayed in a cabin as a family of four and found it clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer, and everything we needed for our stay.<br>The location was also great, close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it an easy base for exploring the area.<br>Highly recommend staying here, not only for the facilities and location, but also because of the wonderful staff. Thank you, James, for your kindness and outstanding service.

This is a lovely caravan park in a central location on the river, near the cbd and beside the show ground.<br><br>We were met by a very friendly face when we booked in which makes a world of difference.<br><br>Yes, the road traffic from the highway was a little noisy earlier in the evening but it died down by 9pm.<br><br>Many complaints are about the cabins that are nearer the main road, as is most of the parks in the area, don't let that determine your choice of caravan accommodation.<br><br>We stayed on a powered site with the luxury of slabs.The price was reasonable compared to other parks.<br>The amenities were clean and modern.<br>The park is well maintained and very neat.<br><br>It's a good little park.

We had an excellent stay! We had booked an unpowered site, and the place is very pleasant and quiet. The facilities were very clean, we have nothing to complain about! Many thanks to the gentleman we met at reception for his smile and kindness; it was the best way to start our stay!
