Are dogs allowed on Bonny Hills Beach?

Dogs are not allowed between the flag area of Rainbow Beach (also known as Bonny Hills Beach), but there is a large off leash section to the north of the flags and at nearby Spooneys Bay.

Can you swim in Rainbow Beach?

Rainbow Beach is a popular beach for families. It is patrolled from September between 9am and 5pm, seven days a week, during school holiday periods only and on weekends in summer. 

Is there a playground at Bonny Hills?

There is a playground, skatepark, basketball court and tennis court directly opposite the entrance of Reflections Bonny Hills. There is another playground just down the hill at Bonny Hills Reserve at the entrance to Rainbow Beach.

Is the park dog-friendly?

Bonny Hills Holiday Park is dog-friendly all year round on both powered and unpowered sites. Up to 2 dogs can be booked online, by phone, or in park.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in for powered and unpowered sites is from 11am and check out is 10am. If you plan to arrive after office hours (9am – 5pm) please let us know so that we can have all relevant documents waiting for your arrival.

What should I bring for camping at Bonny Hills NSW?

If you’re camping in Bonny Hills, we recommend packing a torch and spare batteries, a first aid kit, insect repellent, sunscreen, hats, and rubbish bags. And don’t forget your tent pegs! Get in touch to check what facilities are available in our camp kitchen.
