Despite some of the nice reviews and a recent false article, truth is the owner appears to be the most unliked person in Bermagui if you ask the locals. Extremely rude and arrogant from my experience. Best location in Bermagui, but other than that, he doesn't know how to run a holiday park or speak to his guests. Although he says his park is suitable for tents, was allocated a site with astro turf that the tent pegs wouldn't stay in. Although it is still peak holiday season, he currently has construction work at this site with escavators, concrete trucks and workers with power tools all starting before 8am, with total disregard for his guests. It is a ghost town by 10pm - any talking or laughing whilst in a tent is not permitted. Although he promotes his site to be dog friendly, all you hear is people telling their dogs to shut up, because they don't want to cop his abuse. He and his site are not family friendly - not much for kids to do there. This park is more suited just for people competing in the dog show, who are happy to keep their dogs quiet and contained. I have stayed at nicer places in Bermagui, but I will never stay at this Reflections Holiday Park ever again. Worst holiday experience ever.

We leave cabin s81 tomorrow morning after a glorious stay.....only a short drive from where we live...to sample the great restaurants of Bermi...Large, well furnished apartment with magnificent views of Gulaga and the beach right from our deck. We'll choose this place to stay again. Lovely

EDIT: Our stay was horrible! Woken up at all hours with cars and boats leaving at 4am then for the two people on sites behind us to pack up at 6am on a Sunday! Hammering dropping tool boxes on the draw bar and leaving engines running for good 20 minutes and diesel smell straight towards us. I phoned the office and their reply was there’s nothing we can really do about it. No apology! Money wasted in paying to stay here, taking time off work and having little to no sleep by constant noise! OH AND 60 DAYS NOTICE IS NOT INDUSTRY STANDARDS! We stay at plenty of Big4 and NRMA parks and their cancellation notice during peak season is 2-7days! REFLECTIONS are greedy! Staff are rude over the phone when making a complaint they don’t want to know about it! Found the same with head office. Would never book another Reflections park again. Cancellation policies are ridiculous also, unrealistic times! 60 days notice is a joke then they book your site out again after keeping 100% of your money! Buyer beware!

Great time staying here. Got upgraded on arrival and got an amazing tiny home!
