Competition Terms & Conditions

Information on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who join the Reflections Outsiders Club during the Promotional Period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 24 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 ("Promotional Period").

Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotional Period:

Successfully join the Reflections Outsiders Club via the Reflections Holidays website.
Complete all required membership registration details.

Each eligible new member will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Winner Selection

This promotion is a game of chance.

Four (4) winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place on 3 July 2026.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of joining the Reflections Outsiders Club.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize

There are four (4) prizes available.

Each winner will receive $500 Reflections Holidays Stay Credit, which will be applied directly to their Reflections Outsiders Club account.

The Stay Credit:

Is valid for use on eligible bookings with Reflections Holidays.
Is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
Is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Must be used in accordance with the Reflections Outsiders Club Terms and Conditions.

Any costs associated with redeeming the prize beyond the value of the Stay Credit are the responsibility of the winner.

Verification and Conduct

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and residency) and to disqualify any individual who has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any improper or unlawful conduct.

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Liability

The Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
