By entering this promotion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are current members of the Reflections Outsiders Club at the time of booking.
• Employees of Reflections Holidays and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on 20 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 20 May 2026.
• Only eligible bookings made within this period will qualify.

3. How to Enter

• To automatically enter the draw, eligible members must, during the Promotion Period:
  • Make a new booking at any Reflections Holidays park
  • Book a stay scheduled between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026
  • Either:
    • Book using the advertised Members Rate (10% off advance purchase rate), or
    • Apply valid Outsiders Loyalty Reward Credit to the booking
• Each eligible booking constitutes one (1) entry.
• Bookings must remain active and must not be cancelled at the time the winner is drawn. If a qualifying booking is cancelled prior to the draw date, the entry will be deemed invalid.
• Eligibility, including correct rate usage and/or Loyalty Credit application, will be verified at the time of winner selection.

4. The Prize

• One (1) winner will receive $5,000 in Reflections Holidays stay credit, applied to the winner’s guest account.

5. Prize Conditions

• The $5,000 stay credit is valid for accommodation at Reflections Holidays parks in NSW.
• Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Credit is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• Credit must be used in accordance with Reflections Holidays' booking terms and conditions.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries at 10:00am AEST on 22 May 2026.
• The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone using the details associated with their membership account.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days or is deemed ineligible, Reflections Holidays reserves the right to redraw.

7. General

• Reflections Holidays reserves the right to verify bookings, Members Rate eligibility, Loyalty Credit application and membership status and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete or unsuccessful bookings or for technical issues beyond its control.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if required.
