Terms & conditions

1. Promotion Information:
   1. Information on how to enter and details of the prize (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
   2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to win.
2. Promotion Period:
   1. The promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on 24th February 2025 and ends at 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 28th February, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. Promotion Cessation:
   1. The promotion can be ceased at the sole discretion of Reflections Holidays at any time deemed necessary.
4. How to Enter:
   1. To enter, participants must reply to the promotional email or submit their guess of the new park location via email to outsiders@reflectionsholidays.com.au within the Promotional Period. Only one entry per person is allowed.
   2. Entries must be received within the Promotional Period.
5. Winner Selection:
   1. The winner will be selected by the Reflections Holidays marketing team based on the correct answer or the most accurate guess. If multiple correct answers are received, a winner will be chosen at random from those entries.
6. Prize:
   1. The winner will receive a $50 voucher towards a stay at any Reflections Holidays Park. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
   2. The Prize is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the Reflections Holidays booking system.
   3. Vouchers must be used by 24th February 2026 and the winner must book and stay at a Reflections Holidays Park within the specified period.
7. Liability:
   1. The Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Privacy:
   1. The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the promotion and will handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy.
   2. The Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes. The Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update, or correct their PI.
   3. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
9. Disclosure of Personal Information:
   1. The Promoter will not disclose entrants’ personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
10. Winner Notification:
    1. The winner will be notified via email within 7-days days after the promotion ends.
11. Sharing of Winner's Details:
    1. The winner’s name (or other details) may be shared in the Reflections Holidays newsletter or other marketing materials. However, the winner’s personal details will not be disclosed publicly.
