Do I need insurance to hold an event at Wee Jasper?

Yes, most functions and events at Jimmys Beach will require insurance. We will advise this once we receive your enquiry.

Are there any noise/time restrictions?

The park has a 10pm noise curfew

What does the park kiosk sell?

The Wee Jasper Shop stocks an array of non-perishables we also refill LPG bottles and sell Ice and Peters ice creams.

How far is Billy Grace Reserve from the nearest town?

The village of Wee Jasper is a few minutes away, while the nearest big town is an hour away in Yass.

Where is the nearest airport to Wee Jasper?

Wee Jasper Airport (a small private strip) is about 14 km away.

Canberra International Airport is approximately 90 km / 1 hr 30 min by road.

Can we get access to power?

For large groups, such as AOE, Army and school groups, access to electricity can be organised - please let us know if this is a requirement as soon as possible.

We do not hire out generators.
