Tucked away in the picturesque Hilltops region of NSW, the Grabine Lakeside Function Centre & Bunkhouse at Reflections Grabine Lakeside is a relaxed and flexible venue, perfect for hosting your next event, conference, or group retreat.
The function centre is around a 1 hour and 45-minute drive from Orange Airport, just over 2 hours from Bathurst, and approximately 2.5 hours from Canberra, making it a convenient option for both local gatherings and guests travelling from further afield.

Grabine Lakeside Function Centre & Bunkhouse blends comfort and connection in a peaceful, natural setting. Lakeside, the name says it all. With water views and fresh country air, it’s the ideal location for small group events, team retreats or training days with breakout areas under the verandah, and a firepit and bunkhouse accommodation on either side, making it easy to come together or spread out.

About the space
If you’re looking for a peaceful, small-scale venue to host your next retreat or event, the Function Centre at Reflections Grabine Lakeside offers a warm and intimate setting surrounded by nature. Cosy, relaxed, and practical, it comfortably caters for up to 25 guests.
This unique space is ideal for small conferences, team retreats, training sessions, school and sports groups, and more. Nestled between two bunkhouses and centred around a communal outdoor firepit, the layout makes it easy to gather, connect, and enjoy both indoor and outdoor experiences.
The Function Centre, Bunkhouses and Firepit area are all available to book, giving you exclusive access to this quiet corner of the park. The two bunkhouses sleep a total of 20 guests across four bedrooms (two per house), making it a great option for group accommodation just steps away from your event space.
Conference centre facilities and amenities
Grabine Lakeside’s Function Centre is a cosy and welcoming venue that has everything you need to run a smooth and focused event.
The hall includes:
- A fireplace to keep things warm in cooler months
- A television screen for presentations and workshops
- Stationery, such as notebooks and pens, available on request
- A tea and coffee station to keep guests refreshed
- An on-site kitchen for self-catering or bringing in your own food
- Amenities located inside the hall for extra convenience
There’s also a covered verandah with picnic tables, ideal for breakout sessions, group meals, or just relaxing with a cuppa.
Parking is available, however, please note the venue is not fully accessible.
Flexible set-ups & breakout options
The Function Centre is perfect for smaller groups of up to 25 delegates, and the layout can be tailored to suit meetings, workshops, or group training.
Outdoors, the verandah and central firepit space offer casual, social breakout zones, perfect for winding down at the end of the day or breaking up longer sessions with fresh air and conversation.
Event management
If you’d prefer to hand over the reins, event management support is available. Whether you need help with planning, logistics, or organising activities for team building, we can help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Catering
Day delegate catering packages are available and can include breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
If you’re bringing your own food or a private caterer, the on-site kitchen is available for use. A tea and coffee station is also provided to keep everyone fuelled throughout the day.

Bunkhouse accommodation
Located on either side of the Function Centre, two bunkhouses sleep 8 guests each, with two bedrooms in each. This setup is ideal for school and sporting groups, or teams looking to stay close to the action and share the experience.
Camping at Grabine Lakeside
If your group prefers to camp, the park offers dog-friendly powered and unpowered sites, with stunning surrounds and plenty of space to spread out. Suitable for tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans, the camping area is a favourite for groups wanting to keep things simple and connected to the outdoors.

A water haven
Nestled right in the heart of Reflections Grabine Lakeside, the Function Centre & Bunkhouses enjoy a prime position surrounded by open skies, native bushland and lakeside views. The central firepit area, just out front, acts as a natural gathering point where guests can relax and reconnect before taking the gentle slope down to the water’s edge. It’s a spot that invites you to slow down, soak in the views, and step away from the noise of daily life.
The park is packed with things to enjoy. Launch your boat from the ramp, cast a line at one of the many top fishing spots, or head out on the lake for a paddle, kayaking, canoeing and swimming are all on the cards. On land, you’ve got tennis courts, table tennis and a playground to keep the crew entertained, while the BBQ area is perfect for relaxed meals with a view. Plus there is a kiosk, fuel pump and laundry on-site.
When you’re ready to explore the region, there’s plenty nearby. Stick close with more lake activities and bushwalks, or venture out to discover local gems like the Cowra Heritage Walk or try your hand at gold panning in Tuena. However you spend the day, you’ll return to the rolling hills and lakeside views of Grabine, just in time for a sunset worth staying for.

No, the bunkhouses don't have internal bathrooms, but the bathrooms are right next door at the back of the function centre.
