Located on the banks of beautiful Lake Copeton, the Bunkhouse at Copeton Waters is a spacious accommodation venue perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, sporting groups, school camps and more.
With room for 46 guests, and complete with large living spaces and a huge kitchen, it offers the perfect combination of privacy and accessibility. This stunningly spacious lakeside cabin features a large central open space, suitable for meetings, group activities, special events. There is full kitchen complete, with a cool room and freezer. There’s also a lounge, with views from every window.
The bunkhouse has an industrial-sized kitchen with a large fridge, oven, hotplate, cool room, microwave, dishwasher, plates and cutlery, and cooking utensils.
There is a spacious living area with couches and a TV for guests to chill out, ceiling fans for those hot summer days, and a large bathroom.
The Bunkhouse is a large, light and airy space with flexible layout options with trestle tables and chairs to create the setup to suit your needs. The adjoining outdoor reserves are perfect for breakout groups.

The Bunkhouse can fit up to 46 guests with five rooms sleeping up to eight people in 4 bunkbeds, and two rooms sleeping three people (tri-bunk beds). There is also a handy large open space in the centre for team activities. If you prefer to self cater, there is a commercial kitchen available. There’s also room for extra guests to stay in swags at the bunkhouse, although this needs to be arranged prior to arrival.
Reflections Copeton Waters also has a range of accommodation options, including 16 cabins (22 being twin share) and 385 campsites.
There are standard dog-friendly cabins can take two to four guests in a studio-style setup.
Copeton Waters Deluxe cabins can accommodate six or seven guests across 2 bedrooms, and there is also an accessible option.
