Promotion Information:
1. Information on how to enter and details of the Prize (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to win.
Promotion Period:
1. The promotion commences at 3pm AEDT on Monday 18/11/2024 and ends at 9am AEST on 26/11/2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
Promotion Cessation:
1. The promotion can be ceased at the sole discretion of Reflections Holidays at any time deemed necessary.
How to Enter:
1. To enter, participants must send an email to [outsiders@reflectionsholidays.com.au] with their funny or most unforgettable holiday experiences. Entries must be received within the Promotional Period.
Winner Selection:
1. The winner will be chosen by the Reflections Holidays marketing team based on the funniest or most unforgettable outdoor confession.
Prize:
1. The winner will receive a $100 voucher toward a stay at any Reflections Holidays park. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
2. The Prize is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the Reflections Holidays booking system.
Liability:
1. The Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy:
1. The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the promotion and will handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy.
2. The Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes. The Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update, or correct their PI.
3. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
