Information on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are current members of the Reflections Outsiders Club. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

Promotion Period

The promotion commences on Wednesday 8 April and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 17 April (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotional Period:

• Email one or more photos that reflect the theme “Camping over the years” to the Reflections Loyalty inbox at outsiders@reflectionsholidays.com.au
• Use the subject line “Camping over the years photo submission”

Only entries that fulfil the above criteria will be considered valid. Multiple photos may be submitted, however each entrant will only be eligible for one (1) entry.

Judging and Winner Selection

This promotion is a game of chance. One (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries. The winner will be notified via email and announced on Reflections Holidays social media channels on 23 April.

If a winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the winner notification email, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s discretion.

Prize

The winner will receive one (1) Reflections Holidays stay credit valued at $250 (“Prize”).
The Prize:

• Is valid for use on accommodation at any Reflections Holidays park in NSW
• Is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue
• Is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash

All other costs associated with the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Use of Submitted Content

By submitting photos as part of this promotion, entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and share the submitted images across Reflections Holidays’ website, social media channels, EDMs and other marketing materials.

Entrants confirm they have the right to submit the images and that all individuals appearing in the photos have provided consent.

Verification and Conduct

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and residency) and to disqualify any individual who has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any improper or unlawful conduct.

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Liability

The Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at:

Personal information may be used for promotional, marketing, research and profiling purposes unless otherwise advised. Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
