Day and annual passes terms and conditions

The booking terms and conditions outlined below apply to the following Reflections Holidays Parks and Reserves that currently offer a Day Pass: Burrinjuck Waters, Copeton Waters, Cudgegong River, Grabine Lakeside, Lake Burrendong, Lake Glenbawn, Lake Keepit, Mookerawa Waters, Wee Jasper, Wyangala Waters.
Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices, websites and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Whilst we endeavour to meet our guests’ requests, a ‘Reflections Holidays Day Pass’ is not guaranteed and may be deemed unavailable by Park Management at any stage before your arrival.
You must be at least 17 years of age with a valid form of ID and payment method to Purchase a Reflections Holidays Day Pass.
A Reflections Holidays Day Pass allows entry of one vehicle. This pass is only valid for the selected vehicle category. Motorcycle includes 2 and 3 wheeled vehicles with no more than 2 seats. Cars include vehicles with up to eight (8) seats. Buses and minibuses may be subject to additional fees
All children under the age of 17 are not permitted to enter a Reflections Holiday Park unaccompanied by an adult.

A valid credit card must be provided for all bookings to secure your Day Pass with us. The guest may also pay with cash, no other forms of payment will be accepted.
Credit Card Pre-Authorisation: A pre-authorisation of your credit card may be required. A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorisation is not a charge, and no funds are debited from your account.

Purchasing a Reflection Holidays Day Pass entitles one (1) Car and its occupant’s entry
to one (1) Reflection Holiday Park commencing from 5:00am to 9:00pm of the date of purchase only, no exceptions.
Failure to comply with the entrance and exist times listed above will result in the guest required to pay additional fees and chars.
If Day Pass Holders are found to be camping additional charges will apply.

Reflections Holidays will not be responsible for, or liable to compensate loss, theft, or damage to personal property on, or brought into the park.
All guests will be required to complete a guest registration form prior to purchasing a Park Day Pass. Such information required will be Name, Registration and a valid form of ID. Failure to provide any of these items may result in refusal of entry.
Upon completing the registration form this then binds all guest’s agreement to abide by all park Rules, guidelines, signage and reasonable requests from park staff always.
Reflection Holidays Day Park holders have access to all park facilities unless specified by the park that they are currently unavailable.
For pre-purchased day passes online, the requested day tickets must be displayed and clearly visible on the vehicle's dashboard.
All NSW Road Rules apply within the park boundaries
No un-registered vehicles/motorbikes are permitted with in the park boundaries

Cancellation: All Day Park Pass purchases are non-transferrable and non-refundable. No exceptions.
Change of Mind: if an entrant changes their mind on the day they have purchased their Reflections Holidays Day Park Pass, their purchase is considered forfeit and a new purchase of a new Reflections Holiday Day Park Pass would be required.
No Show, or Failure to show: If the guest fails to arrive on the day a Reflections Holidays Day Park Pass has been purchased for, this will result in a forfeit and will require the purchase of a new Reflections Holiday Day Park Pass.
Day passes are non-transferable to any other vehicle.

A Reflections Holidays Day Pass will cover the holder the entrance of two (2) canines per car.
All Dogs must be controlled and accompanied by their owner. Any failure to comply with the standard Reflections Holiday Dog Policy and Park management reserve the right to ask you to vacate the park.
