WIN a GIANT Coastal Getaway

Information on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is NSW Crown Holiday Parks Land Manager, trading as Reflections Holidays (ABN 26 087 692 248) of Suite 3, 101 Hannell Street, Wickham NSW 2293 ("Promoter").

GENERAL

• Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, GWS GIANTS, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
• The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Tuesday, July 28th and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 16th August, ("Promotional Period")

HOW TO ENTER

• To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
  • a) complete the online entry form hosted by Reflections Holidays and accessed via GWS Giants promotional channels, including but not limited to the GWS Giants website, EDMs, social media channels and in-stadium QR codes;
  • b) provide all requested contact details;
  • c) answer the promotional questions contained within the entry form; and
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
• Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

PRIZE

• There will be one (1) winner.
• The winner will receive:
  • Three (3) nights' accommodation at the Assistant Lighthouse Keeper's Quarters, Norah Head Lighthouse, NSW;
  • Accommodation for up to nine (9) guests;
  • Booking subject to availability.
  • PLUS: A $250 Visa Gift Card will be awarded as spending money if the winner is present at the GIANTS AFL Round 23 and AFLW Round 1 double header when the winner is announced and claims their prize by presenting themselves to the event staff on the day.
• The prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the draw date.
• The prize cannot be redeemed during NSW school holiday periods, public holiday periods, Christmas/New Year periods or other peak periods as determined by Reflections Holidays.
• The prize does not include transport, meals, travel insurance, spending money, activities, tours or any other costs not expressly stated.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

WINNER SELECTION

• The winner will be selected via random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
• The winner will be announced on the big screen during the second game of the double-header at ENGIE Stadium in Round 23
• The winner will also be contacted by email and/or telephone within two (2) business days of the draw.
• The winner's first name, surname initial and postcode may be published on the Reflections Holidays website and social media channels.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE

• If the prize remains unclaimed after after fourteen (14) days from match day draw, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.
• Any redraw winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the redraw.

GENERAL

• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion where reasonably required due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or misdirected entries.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

PRIVACY

• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may use that information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic communications, unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Reflections Holidays Privacy Policy available at reflectionsholidays.com.au.
• All entries become the property of the Promoter.
• The Promoter will not disclose entrants' personal information outside Australia except as permitted by law or outlined in its Privacy Policy.
