Guest Stay Terms and Conditions

To help all guests have a great experience, we have some common courtesies that will help everyone enjoy the park equally. These also help keep everyone safe!

By making a booking and staying with Reflections Holidays, you agree to these Terms and Conditions when staying as a Reflections Holidays guest.

Vehicles

• Road rules & speed limits
  • Normal road rules apply in our Parks.
  • Speed limits within Reflections Holidays properties 8km/h or as otherwise signposted.
• Caravans, camper trailers & motorhomes
  • For safety in an emergency evacuation, all vans, camper trailers and motor homes must have the draw bar or legal tow point facing the road and be a minimum of 1 metre off the road.
• Parking:
  • Only one vehicle per booking is allowed at most of the parks.
  • Some inland parks may allow more cars per booking. Please check with the park before you travel.
  • Recreational vessels like boats, jet skis or trailers need to fit within your site boundary.

E-Bikes, E-Scooters & E-Skateboards

• Helmets must be worn at all times, e-bike, e-scooter or e-skateboard
• E-Bikes, E-Scooters and E-skateboards can only be ridden on roads, and are NOT permitted on footpaths or near amenities
• E-Bikes, E-Scooters and E-skateboards are subject to the same on-park vehicle rules – including an 8km an hour speed limit
• Penalties apply for not following these rules, up to and including park exclusion

Electric Vehicle Charging

• Charging an electric vehicle is only permitted at designated Electric Vehicle stations.
• Nine of our parks have EV charging stations, and charging is only permitted at these points.
• For parks without designated EV Charging Stations, find your nearest EV Charger using the NSW Charging Map.
• Charging an electric vehicle on campsites, camp kitchens, at any of the roofed accommodation or any other plug point in the park is not permitted. Any guests found to be charging cars at parks without designated EV chargers or in non-designated bays will be asked to stop and remove any plugs and cords. 

Noise

• Late-night noise and happy campers don’t mix. Be considerate of fellow guests and restrict noise after 10pm and before 7am.
• Please remember to keep your televisions & radios at a volume that will not disturb your neighbours
• Check generator restrictions with the park reception

Children

• Children should be adequately supervised by an adult at all times during their stay in our parks.
• Scooters, bikes and skateboards must only be used in the designated safe play areas. Throw a helmet on to protect your kids’ noggins when you’re out and about on scooters, bikes and skateboards.

Anti-Social Behaviour & damages

• Let’s keep it calm and kind. At the discretion of Park Management, guests may be asked to leave the Park if they behave in a socially unacceptable way, cause damage, disturb other guests, use unacceptable language or otherwise break Park Etiquette. If this happens, no refunds will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.
• The person whose name is on the booking reservation is responsible for the orderly conduct of all members of their booking and their guests.

Emergency Response

• In the event of an emergency, guests and residents are required to follow the directives of park management.

Open Fires

• Due to fire hazards, open fires are not permitted at any coastal Reflections parks except for in communal firepits supplied by Reflections Holidays. At some inland parks, guests are permitted to have fires in raised firepits at specific times of the year. Please check with the park what their rules are on arrival.
• Guests must comply with any fire restrictions imposed by the Park Manager or Fire Authority.
• By law, the collection of firewood from the Park is not permitted.
• Firewood can be purchased from some Inland Park kiosks.
• Guests are welcome to use the BBQ facilities and designated communal fire pits (where available) in the Parks.

Dog-Friendly Parks

• Dogs are welcome at many of our Parks – those parks are advertised as being Dog-Friendly. Dogs are not permitted at parks with the non-dog-friendly designation on our website.
• Should you wish to bring your dog to one of our dog-friendly parks, please ensure you mention the dog when booking over the phone or list the dog as a guest when booking online.
• When arriving at the park, please complete a Dog Registration Form at reception.
• When in the park, all dogs must be kept on a leash, and owners must pick up after them.
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the park at any time.
• For the health and safety of all guests, please refrain from taking dogs near the kiosk, amenities, camp kitchens, laundries, water parks or playgrounds.

Cabin, tiny home and glamping tent stays

Damage

The guest registered as the primary guest on the reservation shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys, fixtures and all fittings on the site/or accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded

Bunk beds

Guests will observe the Australian Standards relating to bunk beds. Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk. Children must not play on the top bunk.

On departure

• On departure, guests agree that cabin accommodation will be left in a neat and tidy condition. If accommodation is found to require excess cleaning above a reasonable expectation, the guest's credit card on file will be charged an excess cleaning fee. Smoking is not permitted in any cabin or building. A deodorising fee of $200 is payable.
• No animals are permitted in cabins (with the exception of dog-friendly cabins). Additional cleaning fees will be charged if animals are found to have been in cabins. At Reflections Holidays dog-friendly locations, all dogs must be kept on a lead, and owners must pick up after them.

Theft & loss

• Reflections Holidays and Reflections Holidays staff will not be held responsible for, or liable to compensate for loss, theft or damage to personal property on, or brought into the accommodation/site or in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation/site.

Smoking & vaping

• We ask that if you smoke cigarettes or vape, you respect other guests who are also enjoying time outdoors camping and caravaning by not smoking in proximity to other guests.
• Smoking is not permitted in any cabin or building. A deodorising fee of $200 is payable.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted on our parks or reserves within 10m of a kids' playground, within the confines of an on-park aquatic facility (pool or splash park) or within 4m of a pedestrian access point to an on-park communal building such as a park office, amenities or camp kitchens

Photography

• During your stay, you and /or your children may be photographed by the Reflections Holidays staff. The taking of photographs is for the purpose of advertising and marketing opportunities. Please advise the photographer at the time if you do not wish for your photo and/or your child's photo to be taken.

CCTV

• CCTV may be in operation at our parks for security reasons. All parks and properties with CCTV will be signposted.
