Members of the public are encouraged to contact Reflections Holidays in the first instance to discuss their information needs.
Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA Act), members of the public have a right to access government information unless there is an overriding public interest against disclosure.
Where information is not otherwise available, an individual may apply for access under the GIPA Act. Applications must be made in writing, accompanied by the prescribed application fee, and provide sufficient detail to identify the information requested.
Under section 25 of the GIPA Act, Reflections Holidays maintains a Disclosure Log containing details of information released in response to formal access applications that may be of interest to other members of the public.
