Rewards Club Competition Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and details of the Prize (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible win.

Promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on 17/04/2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEST 30/06/2023 (known as the Promotional Period). To be eligible to enter, participants must meet the following criteria:

1. be a member of the Reflections Rewards Club at the time of the prize draw - either through signing up during the promotional period or being an pre-existing member. Being a brand new member is defined by having a guest profile with an eligible loyalty number created within the Promotional Period. The promotion can be ceased at the sole discretion of Reflections Holidays at any time deemed necessary by Reflections Holidays.
2. participants must complete and submit an answer to the question in 25 words or less ‘what you love most about holidays’. The answer must be 25 words or less for the entry to be valid.

• With both of the above criteria met, the answer to eligibility criteria 2, judged by Reflections Holidays to be the most unique and interesting will win. Only entries that fulfill the criteria of the competition will be eligible.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

The one (1) winner will be decided by a panel of 3 judges chosen by Reflections Holidays. The winner will be chosen on the 3/07/2023 at 12:00pm AEST at Suite 3, 101 Hannell Street, Wickham NSW 2293.

The valid winner will be able to choose between one (1) of three (3) prizes:

Prize option 1: a ‘years worth’ of fuel in the form of a fuel card capped at $10,000 to be used for one registered vehicle expiring on the 30th of June 2024. To redeem this prize the winner will be required to provide any and all information needed to allow Reflections to fulfil the fuel card registration requirements.

Prize option 2: a Jayco Swan Outback valued at approx. $40k. This prize includes NSW registration and additional extras.

Prize option 3: a $20,000 guest accommodation credit useable at any Reflections Holiday Park. This may be redeemed on accommodation of their choice at any Reflections Holidays in NSW and is valid for three (3) years from issue.

• All other costs associated with the Prize will be the responsibility of the Prize winner. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take or claim the Prize (or an element of the Prize) then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited.
• Total prize pool value is capped at $40,000.
• The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or exchanged for cash.
• Only entry per person will be counted in the draw. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, and only one will be counted.
• The Prize cannot be used with any other offer and in the case of Prize option 3 does not go towards Reflections Rewards Club spend thresholds.
• The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded.
• The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and will handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy here. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
