What data was involved?

RMS Cloud has now confirmed the incident may involve guests that have a booking coming up as well as those who have previously booked. The data includes:

• Guest name
• Guest contact details such as email address and phone number
• Booking details including dates and location of stay

We’ve been assured that credit card or payment details have NOT been accessed.

What if you've clicked a link and shared your information?

If you’ve clicked a link in a suspicious email, WhatsApp message or SMS and shared information such as your credit card details, please contact your bank or credit card provider immediately for advice and support.

What can you do?

Be vigilant. If a message seems suspicious, do not click any links or share any information. Delete the message.

If you want to verify an unexpected, suspicious or ‘urgent’ message with links that has been sent to you, please get in touch with our Reservations Team on 02 4086 5007.

To confirm, Reflections Holidays do not send communication via WhatsApp.

On 27 October we were alerted by our booking systems provider, RMS Cloud, of a phishing attempt sent to their global portfolio of customers.

As a customer of RMS Cloud, we have contacted guests to alert them of the phishing attempt, which claims that their booking payment has failed, and asks them to update payment details or their booking will be cancelled.

Any guest who has received this suspicious email, SMS or WhatsApp message is advised to ignore it and delete it immediately.

Customers who have shared their credit card details via the phishing email, SMS or WhatsApp should contact their bank immediately.

To confirm, Reflections Holidays do not send communication via WhatsApp.

Guests with future bookings who require any additional information can contact our Reservation Team on 02 40865007. We have extended our teams' hours until 8pm AEDT Tuesday 27 October and will back online at 8am AEDT Wednesday 28 October.
