Great place to sit and watch the river go by. Even caught fish.
A beautiful caravan park location on the river. Lots of nicely grassed and shaded campsites to the area left of the office. To the right the spots have a lot more dirt and less grass. Yes there is a bit of truck noise at times but meh its not that bad...
Great spot, fantastic clear river. Park amenities clean, walking distance to the pub. Plenty of room. Would come back again.

Booked 2 nights for power site. Plenty of trees, shady spot. Clean bathroom n toilets.

Fantastic park, location on the river excellent. We had an onsuite site, was very clean and modern. All grass sites and lovely trees. There is a great walking track out of the park.
friendly staff and pleasant check in experience.... shady Riverside camping.... busy but not roudy... Tumit is a pleasant high country town... Be sure to drop into Drifter Camping (opposite the pool) for a coffee while in town.
