We just spent the weekend in a standard cabin. We love the Seal Rocks area, but the cabin was very run down. The main blind cord in the living room was broken and the bathroom was really old and gross. When we arrived, there was a dead cockroach on the ground in the bathroom. We were put in a really small cabin, despite having 3 small children (one being stated as an infant requiring a cot, and there was no room in the bedrooms to put a cot). In our bedroom where the queen bed was, we could barely walk between the bed and the walls of the room. It was ridiculously tight. Internet barely works, and continued to disconnect throughout the weekend, which we didn't mind but shouldn't be advertised that there is accessible Wifi when it doesn't work. We also were staying with friends who paid for a powered site. We booked over 6 months ago and requested to stay near each other, however this request seems to have been disregarded as we were put in opposite ends of the park. We will return to Seal Rocks, but unlikely to stay again.

We booked a year in advance thinking we would get a Seaview cabin - (misleading on the website) put us at the back - do not stay in Cabin 90 for many reasons - Much to be desired accomodation - not fit for 6 people as 2 was a squash (we are small people), old and rundown, had to sleep in kids bunk as the main bedroom mattress was so lumpy on one side - needs replacement - no tv, wifi in and out, noisy, fly screen broken so had to keep window closed, floors not clean. Such a pity as the location is wonderful. Book directly to avoid being disappointed.

Great location but wouldn’t stay here again. Had to prove I was staying there every time I came back from a surf or swim. Saw the manager multiple times yelling at guests and harassing visitors about ridiculous mandatory wristbands.

Terrible cancellation/alteration policy We Tried to change a booking 10days out, they would not cancel or change to a later date at all. They were Not willing to accept any reason or accommodate customers issues at all. Wasted our entire cost of the site without any reimbursement or possibility to change dates. Very disappointed!!

They don’t respond to emails. They are incredibly rude when you call. I wouldn’t bother trying to plan a holiday here. Especially when you pay a huge premium like we are over Christmas.

We only stayed one night, which we found to be relatively expensive before we arrived. The scenery looked very promising from the car. As soon as the car doors were opened we couldn't enjoy a second of the stay. There was such a strong smell of fish in the air that the next morning we fled as soon as we got up to have breakfast in a parking lot, far away from the smelly beach. The WiFi was at least very fast.

Beautiful camping, good facilities and everything very natural. We are in the middle of nowhere, there are no supermarkets or anything to stock up on.

- great location - all the facilities are kept clean but generally run down and need to be replaced/renovated, showers, toilets, fridge, kettle. - playground is only suitable for grown up children, nothing for younger than 4y.o - internet is , slow, patchy and keeps disconnecting - intercom code is buggy - no shade for tent areas - camping slab is very hard/stones. Bended half of my pegs. Haven't had that issue in any other camp sites - location is amazing but state of facilities don't justify the high end price -will not return
