We just spent the weekend in a standard cabin. We love the Seal Rocks area, but the cabin was very run down. The main blind cord in the living room was broken and the bathroom was really old and gross. When we arrived, there was a dead cockroach on the ground in the bathroom....

Great location but wouldn’t stay here again. Had to prove I was staying there every time I came back from a surf or swim. Saw the manager multiple times yelling at guests and harassing visitors about ridiculous mandatory wristbands.

Terrible cancellation/alteration policy We Tried to change a booking 10days out, they would not cancel or change to a later date at all. They were Not willing to accept any reason or accommodate customers issues at all....

They don’t respond to emails. They are incredibly rude when you call. I wouldn’t bother trying to plan a holiday here. Especially when you pay a huge premium like we are over Christmas.

We only stayed one night, which we found to be relatively expensive before we arrived. The scenery looked very promising from the car. As soon as the car doors were opened we couldn't enjoy a second of the stay....
