Another place that is just being overwhelmed and slightly run down Fantastic location and have been going there for many years. What was really surprising (not in a good way) was the amount of people walking through our site... 1 site from the end and they couldn't be bothered to walk around, a never ending procession.

A good location but sadly amenities are poor eg Camp Kitchens needs major upgrading half the stove & cooking tops not working . Microwave stop start hopeless. Smaller amenities block top of park very outdated & needs maintenance . For such a nice caravan park it's a same so much needs fixing.

Tracy was extremely helpful went out of her way to help us with unfortunate circumstances out of our control. The park is prime location Waterfront sites are amazing The cleaners are amazing facilities are perfect Maintenance and gardens are kept pristine Perfect place to stay

Good location and good cleaning. However in the large bathrooms, the men’s shower water pressure is abysmal. The woman’s is apparently nice and strong but the men’s is almost a trickle. It used to be really good, but they’ve since shut off much of the water going to the men’s bathroom. Please fix this! I had a good conversation with the other guys at the site and they all said the same thing. You shouldn’t turn off the men’s water pressure and leave the woman’s alone. Otherwise good site

This is the best park in Brunswick Heads. We usually sing its praises but our stay this time was disappointing. Poor site though others were empty. Told we were too long for sites in the middle of the park though we had been placed there before. Accessible bathroom had a door that the groundsmen had to help me open. He kindly improved this but it is still difficult to open. Smelly bins that need a hose out to remove fermenting seafood juices. At $76 per night please give us a level site.

We stayed 4 nights during the week. The park was very quiet, it started getting busy Thursday. The lady in the office was friendly when we booked in. We were close to the amenities and dump point. However, we were situated at the back fence near the road. So there was a fair bit of noise from the passing vehicles. If you get a good site along the waterfront, it would be awesome. Not far of a walk into town.

Stayed here for 4 nights with 2 adults, 2 children. Amazing location but service and cleanliness of cabins need work. I had previously contacted reception to ask if there was any possibility of checking in earlier for our baby's sleep time and was told it should be doable and they would clean our cabin first, but on arrival was told thats not possible and were given the keys 2 minutes before check in at 3pm! It was during the week and out of school holidays so this was frustrating. When we got in the floors were not clean - my crawling baby picked multiple things up from the floor and our feet were black from walking around. Light switch in main bedroom was constantly flickering and the remote control for the TV died on night one. For the price of this accommodation I would expect better.
