Very beautiful lake. We ordered tickets last moment so we wouldn’t get the campsite at main area. Shame that it wasn’t even mentioned in the booking email. We drove 5km to the main area and had to drive back again to the campground

Stayed here over Australia Day weekend, was expecting noise during the day but, thought people would honour the quiet times and the rule all dogs must be on leash. No, the people with permanent site near us kept us going with theor partying till after midnight then the dog started. It was hard to walk to the amenities, which were lovely, without having to dodge dogs coming at you. Such a shame as the site is beautiful, the lake very refreshing on a very hot weekend.

What can I say but OMG, one of life's pleasure to experience, If you are lucky enough like we were, that is for a few days we had the entire park to ourselves, well had to share it with heaps of kangaroos and abundant bird life so we put up with that. It was just so peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If your looking for peace and quiet do your research and you will be rewarded but its a magnet for people with boats and I mean lots of boats. The park only has 5 powered sites so book ahead and its a bit of the beaten track but worth the effort. Oh optus is the only provider that gets signal

In terms of location, it's absolutely perfect. It's remote, perfect for just sitting back and relaxing. There is limited mobile/data reception (Telstra has no coverage here at all), but this is a part of the attraction as far as I'm concerned. There are lots of kangaroos out and about. The folk that stay here seem friendly. I stayed in a cabin. To be honest, it was a little grubby and could do with a bit of a refresh. In saying that, it did have a working TV, jug, toaster, cutlery, utensils (including BBQ suitable). The bed was soft and the linen clean. The curtains were pretty old, and the cabin had it's fair share of dead bugs littered on the shelves and in the cupboards. The shower facilities were pretty good. The showers were hot!! The toilets were always stocked with adequate toilet paper and were clean on each visit. We found a fire pit outside our cabin which we used for our stay. I was nice having the ability to have your own fire without nanny rules. Everyone appeared to be keeping to the rules of the park when we were there. There was no loud noise or unruly behaviour by other travellers. It would be good if the park was patrolled to ensure people were sticking to the rules though, as it would be difficult to find help if anything did go south there. So what could be improved? Clean the cabins firstly. Get ride of the bugs, replace the curtains. Have towels in the cabin. The adverts said they provided towels, but our cabin had none. The shop - well as this is a camping and travel stop over, the shop should have a few more of the basic necessities. We didn't think it had enough. The food was pretty basic in the kiosk, but it's what you'd expect being so remote. It's not fine dining, and we expected and knew this. If you're into boating, skiing, fishing, or paddle boarding, then this is going to be an awesome stay for you. If you just want to sit in the sun and do nothing, it's a perfect place to visit. There is a bit of bushwalking around. I'll go back again sometime. Thank you Reflections Grabine Lakeside.

We stayed the weekend before the Australia Day weekend and were very surprised how few people were there. It is magnificent at present. Beautiful water (almost full) the grass is green (exceptional for this time of year) oodles of non powered sites all around the lake (powered sites are limited) so get your butt out to this beautiful area of the world. The grass at this time of the year is usually not green (more like brown) The toilet/bathrooms are very nice and well maintained (probably could do with the exhaust fans being cleaned) and the bookin procedure at the site was no problem. There are enough boat ramps to keep the boaties happy. The cabins look ok. I had 2 coffee's from the kiosk which were ok (I like mine a bit stronger) All in all, we had a great weekend. Thank you.

Dam-side camping is the big pro for wyangala. Lots of nice campsites. The amenities however need a proper clean and a bit of an upgrade in my opinion, with only 3/6 showers working, very small shelves to place your belongings on and of course the general dirtiness of the showers, they leave a bit to be desired. I would also like to see a bit of a better range at the kiosk eg other ice creams for the kids. Lots of wonderful water views though.

Superb camping sites in a gorgeous location- perfect for the water sport or fishing enthusiast completely ruined by incompetent management. Bathroom facilities filthy and under serviced. Shop and takeaway staffed by people incapable of providing the service they are employed for (much much more training required) and shop completely unprepared and under stocked for the busiest holiday season running out of the most basic essentials (milk and bread) and takeaway food ingredients 4-5 days before the next delivery and shop closing at 2.30pm. Park rules for guest behaviour completely unenforced with multiple instances of loud and unruly disturbances left unchecked despite multiple complaints from varying sources. Late night loud noise, vehicles being driven around the park shining spotlights, fireworks fired from boats to shore, poor boating behaviour in close to camp sites and more made it feel quite unsafe for this multi generational family holiday. Family have been camping here for 40+ years and no longer feel it is a welcoming location to bring their children and pets for a quiet and pleasant holiday experience. Turning it over to the hoons sadly.

I stayed here as attending a wedding at Bigga but if you want to do absolutely nothing this is for you.People use the lake for water skiing and fishing. There is a limited kiosk but hopefully in high season opened more regularly .I stayed in the House on the Hill easy walking distance to lake and what is referred to as the wildlife sanctuary I think it is where the kangaroos go during the day .I also think not alot of people walk out to this point.Another pleasant walk is down by the river sometimes table and chairs to rest.Else not much to do.Cabin was self contained complete with washing machine kettle cups etc but no toaster.Bed was comfortable BBQ on porch provided .So all you need to bring is food. There is a walking trail to Decca Hill but was ill-equipped for the trek maybe next time .I can recommend this place for solitude.
