Camp comforts and country charm at Cudgegong River

With fishing, fossicking, bushwalking and boating right on your doorstep—and Mudgee just a scenic drive away—it’s the perfect base for doing as much (or as little) as you like.

Amenities and facilities at Reflections Cudgegong River

Tucked away at the eastern end of Burrendong Dam in Central Western NSW, Reflections Cudgegong River is a peaceful bush escape with plenty of space to stretch out and take in nature.

Grill some snags on the BBQs

When hunger hits, fire up one of the BBQ areas scattered around the park—most of them are covered, so you’re sorted rain or shine. If you’d rather sit and snack, there are also tables under the verandah roof near the kiosk, perfect for a relaxed lunch with a view.

Amenity blocks

There are three amenity blocks throughout the park, so no matter where you’ve pitched your tent or parked the van, there’s one nearby. Each one is kept clean and well-stocked, with hot showers ready to go after a day on the dam.

Park laundry

With four washing machines, tumble dryers, and outdoor drying lines, the laundry makes it easy to freshen up your clothes after a few days in the bush or by the water.

Kiosk

Need an ice cream to cool down or just want a snack after a walk? Swing by the kiosk, where you’ll find cold drinks, snacks, and classic Aussie treats to keep you going between meals.

Dump points

Travelling with a van? The park has a centrally located dump point, making it easy to take care of business and keep things tidy.

Things to see and do around the park

There’s plenty to explore without even leaving the park. Spend the day fishing, boating, or heading off along one of the walking trails that wind through the bush. Keep an eye out for local wildlife or try your luck fossicking for a hidden gem or two.
