Every booking guest between 18 March and 30 April will receive an automatic $25 credit on their Reflections guest account, which can be used towards a future stay.
So pack the car, plan the playlist, and enjoy a little extra help getting to the coast, the river or the bush.
How it works
- Stay with us between 18 March and 30 April (minimum 2 nights) - new or existing bookings included
- In early May, we’ll automatically add a $25 credit to your guest account.
- Use the credit on your next direct booking within 12 months.

- Offer applies to all existing bookings and new bookings that include a stay between the dates of 18 March 2026 and 30 April 2026, and meet the eligibility criteria below:
- Offer is available across all Reflections Holidays parks and accommodation categories.
- The credit can be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or rate codes, excluding the 75% staff discount.
- Eligible guests will receive one $25 fuel offset credit per booking guest where at least 1 night of the guest's reservation falls between the eligible dates.
- A guest's stay during these dates must be a minimum of 2 nights.
- Stays can span multiple months, provided at least one night falls in the eligible dates.
- The credit is issued to the booking guest only. Additional guests staying under the same reservation are not eligible for additional credits.
- Guests with multiple reservations, which include nights stayed in the eligible dates, will receive one $25 credit only for the period.
- For group bookings:
- If multiple reservations are under the same guest name, that guest will receive one $25 credit only.
- If group reservations are listed under different guests, each listed guest will receive one $25 credit.
- This offer is for direct bookings only. Bookings made via online travel agents (OTAs) or third-party booking platforms are not eligible.
- Offer is valid for tourist bookings only and excludes long-term casual (LTC) stays and permanent residents.
- Credits will be applied to eligible guest accounts in bulk in early May after stays have been completed.
- The credit will not be deducted from the original booking.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

When will I receive my $25 credit?
Your $25 credit will be applied to the guests' accounts in early May.
How long is my credit valid for?
Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date it gets added to your account.
Can I just take the $25 off my booking?
No, this credit will be applied in May after we have calculated all guests' eligibility for the credit. You will be able to use this credit on your next booking.
