Cooking for kids can sometimes feel like a juggling act, especially when you’ve got little ones who are fussy eaters. That’s why Reflections Ambassador Bec Taylor from The Food Design Studio has created a no-fail pasta recipe that’s perfect for family holidays. Using simple, wholesome ingredients and fuss-free steps, this dish is designed to please even picky appetites.
Serves: 2 kids
Ingredients
140g San Remo Pulse Pasta of your choice
400g can of diced or chopped tomatoes (we choose organic and with no added salt) 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
50g parmesan cheese or cheese of your choice
Cook the pasta in boiling water on the stovetop as per the packet instructions. When the pasta is al dente, drain the pasta and return the cooked pasta back to the saucepan. Add the tablespoon of butter and chopped tomatoes to the pasta. Stir to combine. Transfer the pasta to 2 serving bowls and serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
