Reflections is currently undertaking essential tree works along the Massy Greene Foreshore. This work involves removing heavy branches from several existing trees. The branches are impacted by borers and are at risk of falling.
We have had an increasing number of large branches coming down in this area in strong wind events, posing a significant risk.
The safety of holiday park guests and the community who use this area is our highest priority.
We have acted quickly to get this work done ahead of Easter and the April school holiday period. It is hoped that this will provide the best chance of these trees recovering and surviving.
A temporary exclusion zone has been put in place while the work is completed. Please respect the people working in this area, and for your own safety, stay out of the work area.
