Surf Reflections Junior Series – Powered by Surfest is the premium teen surf event, and now coming to Hungry Head Beach, Urunga in 2026!

The event showcases the hottest teen surfing talent in Australia in some of the best surf hot spots, and is a 5500 rated event on the Surfing Australia Junior Surfing Series.

What you need to know

When:

  • 8-10 May 2026

How:

  • Participants will get to surf twice before the elimination rounds begin to gain as much experience as possible.

Who:

  • This competition invites boys and girls participants to compete in U14 & U16 divisions.

Post surf 'Eats & Beats' zone at Reflections Urunga

After shredding the comp days, paddle back to Reflections Urunga for some live tunes, food truck goodness to grub on, all with epic views to soak in, it'll be the place to be to celebrate the comp.
